Registration
You can register on our home page under Range of courses – select the appropriate course and register via the online form.
You can also register in writing using the registration form (e-mail or fax). The invoice will be sent no later than two weeks before the course begins and must be settled before the day of the course.

Cancellation
You must write to us to inform us of cancellation. No costs shall be incurred if you cancel or postpone your participation in the course or if another person takes your place up to 21 days before the course begins. From 20 days to 1 day before the date of the course, a flat-rate sum of 50% of the course fees is charged to cover expenses. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the course begins or
you do not attend the course, the full course fees will be charged.

Certificate
Successful participation in a vonRoll hydro (suisse) ag course is confirmed with a certificate.

Implementation
vonRoll hydro ag reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses in the event that there are too few participants, the lecturer cancels or for other important reasons. Information relating to this shall be provided in writing. In this case, the course fees that you have already paid shall be credited for a course at a later date or refunded in full by request. No claims can be asserted on account of costs which have already been incurred (e.g. cancellation of meetings with customers, travel, accommodation, etc.)

Insurance
The course participant is responsible for obtaining accident insurance.

Liability
We shall not bear any liability for damage or loss that may occur for all courses and events organised by vonRoll hydro.

Validity
These terms apply in 2020.
